Our showroom is situated in the heart of the South Hams, a stunning area of South Devon that offers access to a network of country lanes. You can explore local towns and villages, access some of the best beaches in Britain or take a car rack and go further afield to Dartmoor, the Plym Trail or Haldon Forest.
One of the first surprises people get when they try e-biking is how much fun it is, with regular comments, ‘it’s like a conventional bike but better’. There’s an e-bike for pretty much every type of terrain. You get to explore the beautiful countryside without the hassle of climbing off and pushing your bike up hill when the going gets tough.
E-cycling doesn’t mean you don’t exercise. You still have to pedal, it’s just that your pedalling can be assisted as and when needed. It feels like someone is giving you a bit of a push on the difficult bits, so you can zip up the steep Devon hills but you’re still exercising, breathing in fresh air and taking in the scenery.
E-biking is not restrictive to ability but you do need to be 14+ to ride an e-bike. It’s a perfect way for the whole family to spend the days exploring. We have child seats for younger children and all the necessary safety equipment for the family. E-bikes are increasingly popular with the over 50’s market, so don’t forget to bring the grandparents, they’ll love it too.
E-transport is undoubtedly the way forward and we’re glad to be part of a cleaner, greener future. E-bikes are classified as zero emissions vehicles because they use electric power and human power to push them forward. We plan to extend our range to include e-scooters, e-motorbikes and hopefully more in time.

The idea for an e-bikes business came after being seriously impressed by them when I visited Gadget Show Live. My original ideas started to take shape after I met Andy when he moved into the village where I live. I loved cycling as a child and raced BMX bikes back in the 80’s but as I got older I didn’t enjoy riding up the hills in South Devon so much. That all changed when I discovered e-bikes. Ideally I’d like us to grow into an e-centre for all types of electric transport.
I am a mechanical engineer by trade and have been a keen cyclist since childhood so I know pretty much everything about bicycles, how they work and how to fix them when things go wrong. I see e-bikes as the future of cycling, particularly in an area like the South Hams where the terrain can be challenging. Karl-Morgan has had his own business for years so he’s a great person to be in partnership with and I share his vision for adding to our range of e-vehicles over time.
